The Simple Media Commitment

AI Accelerator Program refund policy
Effective Date: September 23, 2026 | Last Updated: September 23, 2026

The Commitment

Simple Media stands behind the work. The AI Accelerator Program is a single payment for 120 days of access. There is no automatic renewal and no rebilling of the Program fee.

If you do everything in the five conditions below during your 120 days and have not reached the Earnings Threshold by the end of them, then, on a claim we accept, we keep coaching you and keep your access on, at no additional charge, as the Extension section describes, until you reach the Earnings Threshold or the Extension ends.

The Commitment is a promise of continued access and coaching. It is not a refund, it is not a promise of income, and it does not return any money you have paid. We do not promise that you will earn anything; results vary widely, and many members earn little or nothing. The full terms are in Section 3 of your Membership Agreement, which controls if anything on this page differs from it.

The Five Conditions

All five must be true, and you must be able to show each of them when you claim. Your purchase date is the date of your initial payment for the Program as recorded by our payment processor, and it is day 1. Everything you do from your purchase date counts, including anything done before you signed your Membership Agreement. A week is each consecutive 7-day block of your 120 days counted from your purchase date, so there are 17 weeks and day 120 belongs to no week.

The Earnings Threshold

The Earnings Threshold is $10,000 USD. It counts amounts actually paid to you and amounts that have become payable to you from the methods taught in the Program, across all platforms and sources: brand deals you accepted through Simple Media (including retainer payments scheduled or in progress), your own platform affiliate or shop commissions, and any other payment you receive for content created using Program methods.

Amounts are counted in US dollars at the rate our payment processor or the paying platform applied, or, where none applied, at a published market rate on the day the amount became payable. Gross amounts count; your costs are not deducted. Brand deals offered to you but not accepted do not count. Amounts under a hold, a pending sales quality adjustment, or a timely dispute under Section 8 of your Membership Agreement do not count until they are released and payable to you. You must disclose every amount that counts; a claim that leaves out an amount you knew of is denied.

How to Claim

The Commitment is not automatic. We do not track the conditions for you, we do not promise any automated tracking, dashboard, or reminder, and we do not tell you whether you are on course. You keep the evidence.

To claim, email info@simplesaucegroup.com with the subject line "Commitment Claim" no earlier than day 106 and no later than day 134 counted from your purchase date (day 1 is your purchase date, and day 134 is 14 days after your 120 days end). State that you are making a claim, name the account you used on each platform, state every amount that counts toward the Earnings Threshold, and attach documentation showing each condition was met:

We may ask for platform analytics, earnings reports, payout statements, account screenshots, screen recordings, or any other record we reasonably ask for to verify the claim, and for view access to your account analytics; you have 7 days to provide what we ask for, and if you do not, we may decide on what we have. A claim sent after the deadline, sent to another address, or sent without the documentation above is not a claim. Each member may make one claim per membership.

We answer every claim in writing within 14 business days after the later of receiving the claim and receiving anything we asked for. Where our own records exist on a point (the course player completion records, your brand deal applications on the Simple Media platform, your one-on-one coaching ticket history, our call schedule, our payout records, and your login records), our records decide that point unless you show they are plainly wrong; where none exist, we decide on your documentation in good faith. If any condition is not shown to have been met, or the Earnings Threshold was reached, the claim is denied and we name the condition that failed. Our decision is final between us, subject only to the dispute process in Section 11 of your Membership Agreement. A claim that relies on documentation you altered, fabricated, or knew to be false is denied and is a material breach of your Membership Agreement.

The Extension

If we accept your claim, we re-enable, or keep enabled, your Program access on simplemedia.ai and in Discord in the same form you had during your 120 days: the course content, the community, the live group coaching calls, and written coaching in your one-on-one coaching ticket, which otherwise closes at the end of your 120 days. No further onboarding call is included. Brand deal eligibility is the same as during your 120 days and remains subject to our selection criteria; no brand deal, retainer, or assignment is promised.

The Extension runs in consecutive 30-day blocks at no charge. We re-enable access for the first block within 5 business days of accepting your claim, and re-enable each following block when you have sent the update below. Any gap between the end of your 120 days and the start of the first block, or between blocks while an update is late, is not a breach by us and is not added to the Extension. If you buy a Group Access membership or any other membership while a claim is pending, the Extension begins when the period you paid for ends, and nothing you paid is refunded. During each block you keep doing the work: post at least 30 further Shoppable Videos on your named account, attend at least 2 live group coaching calls in each 7-day part of the block (or every call we held, where fewer were held), ask for at least 1 account review in your ticket in each 7-day part, and apply to every brand deal made available to you through the Program during the block that you are eligible for, up to 3. Within 7 days after the end of each block, email info@simplesaucegroup.com with the subject line "Commitment Update" stating every amount that has become payable or been paid since your claim or your last update, with documentation in the same form as the claim. Each update is decided the same way as a claim, including the written answer within 14 business days.

The Extension ends on the earliest of: the day you reach the Earnings Threshold, counting everything since your purchase date; the end of any block in which a continuing condition was not met; the end of the block in which an update was due if the update was not sent within 7 days after the block ended; the day your membership ends or is terminated; the day we find a claim or update relied on documentation you altered, fabricated, or knew to be false; or the day that is 12 months after the last day of your 120 days, whether or not you have reached the Earnings Threshold. The Extension never lasts longer than those 12 months and is not a promise of any longer term of access. When it ends, access ends with it.

The Extension has no cash value, is not a credit, cannot be exchanged for a refund or for anything else, and cannot be transferred.

No Refund

The Program fee is not refundable on any plan. There is no satisfaction refund, no trial period, no conditional refund, and no refund for not earning. If anyone, including any salesperson, coach, or member, states or implies an amount you will or may earn, that statement is not ours, binds us in no way, and is not a ground for a refund or for any other remedy.

If you chose an installment or financing option at checkout, that schedule of payments is the way the single Program fee is paid, not a renewal and not a second fee. The Commitment does not reduce, pause, or cancel any installment or any amount you owe a lender or buy-now-pay-later provider, and your agreement with any lender or provider is separate from your Membership Agreement.

The only refunds under the Membership Agreement are the two that Simple Media itself triggers: a pro-rata refund where we terminate your membership while you are not in material breach, and a pro-rata refund of the unexpired part of your term where a force majeure event prevents us from providing the Program for more than 90 consecutive days and you choose to cancel.

Who This Applies To

The Commitment applies to members whose initial payment for the Program is made on or after September 23, 2026 and who sign the Membership Agreement dated September 23, 2026. It is available to members who are at least 18 years old on their purchase date and who purchased the Program under a payment plan sold with that version of the agreement. Each member may make one claim per membership; the Commitment is personal to you and cannot be assigned, sold, or shared. Members who signed an earlier version of the Membership Agreement, or whose initial payment was made before September 23, 2026, keep the terms they signed, including the refund section of that agreement as written on the day they signed it; nothing on this page adds to, narrows, or removes those terms, and we will not ask those members to sign the new version in place of the earlier one.

If you ask to skip ahead to advanced access before completing onboarding, we will tell you in writing that accepting early access permanently ends your eligibility for the Commitment, and it ends only if you accept that in writing.

A claim is not available while any installment is in default, and a failed installment is not a basis for a refund of amounts already paid. If your membership is terminated, a claim you submitted before termination survives only where we terminated at our discretion on seven days' written notice and not for your breach.

Chargebacks

For any dissatisfaction with the Program, its content, its coaching, its community, or your results, the Commitment is the exclusive remedy, and no return of payment is available for those matters. Before filing any dispute, chargeback, reversal, or claim with a bank, card issuer, payment processor, lender, buy-now-pay-later provider, or card network, you must first make or pursue a claim under the Commitment if the claim window is open or you hold an Extension, and in every case send a written description of the dispute to info@simplesaucegroup.com with the subject line "Payment Dispute" and allow 14 business days for our written response. Filing without first completing those steps is a material breach of your Membership Agreement. On any dispute we may suspend your access to the Program and any Extension; if the dispute is finally resolved against us, your membership, all access, and any Extension end, and any claim or Extension is void; if a chargeback is resolved in your favor despite your access to or use of the Program, you agree to reimburse the original payment plus the chargeback fees the payment processor assesses and reasonable collection costs, including attorneys' fees. Your Membership Agreement authorizes us to submit to the bank, card network, lender, or processor the records of your purchase, your acceptance of the agreement, and your access to and use of the Program that are reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.

If you believe you were charged in error (unauthorized charge, duplicate charge, or incorrect amount), contact us first at info@simplesaucegroup.com before going to your bank. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under federal or state law regarding unauthorized charges, billing errors, or the assertion of claims and defenses.
